Jim Karlik was tossing some trash into a garbage can at the Albany, N.Y. airport six weeks Purple Frou Frou Latex Dress ago when he noticed a tattered shaving kit. Inside he found a 1963 NFL championship ring.

On Thursday, Karlik turned the ring over to Gov. George Allen, son of its rightful owner, the late George Allen.

In 1963, the elder Allen was defensive coordinator for the Chicago Bears, who beat the New York Giants 14-10 in the NFL title game.

"It was his proudest moment as a coach, either as an assistant or a head coach," the governor said. Bears coach George Halas gave Allen the game ball after the defense recovered two fumbles and pressured quarterback Y.A. Tittle into throwing five interceptions.

Allen said his father cherished the ring and used to encourage others to rub it for good luck.

"I'm going to wear it all day today, and after that on special occasions. I don't want to wear it out," Allen said.

Exactly how the ring wound up on the Albany airport floor remains a mystery. Allen said his father might have been in Albany a few years ago settling the estate of an aunt who died, but he's not sure.

Karlik, a 47-year-old computer consultant from Denver, said he was waiting on a bus at the Albany Red Latex Naughty Maid Open Bust Dress airport when he noticed the shaving kit in a pile of rubbish. He opened it hoping to find the owner's name and saw a teal Zentai 's jewelry pouch with the ring inside.

A native of Chicago, he immediately noticed the words "Chicago Bears" on the ring. It also was inscribed with the name "Allen" and the score of the 1963 championship game.

Karlik called the Bears office and was told the team did not have a player named "Allen" in 1963 - but it did have a defensive coach by that name. After more research, he learned that the coach was George Allen, who was later famous as head coach of the Los Angeles Rams and Washington Redskins.

"When I found out he died in 1990, it became a real personal thing" to find the rightful owner, Karlik said. "Whether it was worth 15 cents or $ 15 million, I know I would have wanted it back."

Allen said the sentimental value of the diamond-studded gold ring far exceeds its monetary value.

"As far as I'm concerned, this could be made of broken glass," he said. "This was on the hand of someone who guided me so much."

Allen gave Karlik a pair of cufflinks bearing the state seal of Virginia.

"It's truly a wonderful blessing to have someone of your integrity, your character give this to me," Allen said. "Red with Black Latex Gothic Dress with Oversleeves What a wonderful Christmas story this is."
